I have a lot of unheated weapon.

Argent Peacemaker -lv1
Plague Needle- lvl6
Stagger Storm- lvl2
Biohazard- lvl4
Vog Cub cap- lvl5
Lionheart Honor Blade- lvl3
Exalted Honor Guard- lvl8

What should I heat? Or should I wait for gunner update(im interested with that new gun) instead?

Yes, waiting for the gunner update might be a good idea.

Armor doesn't benefit much from heating, whereas weapons do. So always heat your important weapons before your armor.

Definitely stop heating Exalted Honor Guard, and switch to a good shield.

Beyond that, we need to know what your other weapons are. For example, if you already have Blitz Needle, then stop work on Plague Needle.

Well at heat lvl. 10 weapons medium bonuses, while armor at lvl 5 get health boosts. (good if you want that extra bonus or don't have trinkets).

right

In armor, the difference between heat level 1 and heat level 10 is *one* point of health (which you get at heat level 5) and a little extra damage defense. In many situations, these have no noticeable practical effect. Status defense and offensive bonuses, which are arguably the most important aspects of armor, aren't enhanced by heat at all.

In weapons, the difference between heat level 1 and heat level 10 is CTR+2 and a very large boost to damage output. So heat affects weapons much more than armor.

What about shields?

good question

I don't know. The threads to examine first would be Glacies' shield thread and Glacies' shield heating thread.

Shield resistances approximately follow the same resistance curve that 1 piece of equivalent helm/armor does. Shield HP and resistances do not scale with item level.

I would heat stagger storm to level 5.

This is because doing so would allow you to get more CTR on the thing for only a few radiants.

Then, I would either wait for the gunner update, or perhaps use them on something else.
