Sir-Nexus

I am new to this game, started Wednesday, and I'm trying to transmute a 4* Armor, the Sinister Skelly Suit, but it won't place my scary skelly suit in the spot where it needs to go. My Scary Skelly Suit is level 5. My question is am i doing something wrong or do i have to go past level 5 to be able to transmute it?

You need to unequip the item

You need to unequip the item before you can use it in crafting. Equip something else in the armor slot and then try.
