The link doesn't work for me; how are you uploading this? Manually? If so, try using something like FreeMake Video Converter, which can upload videos to YouTube and split it into clips according to your maximum file size limite.

What is it with you people and shamelessly promoting your videos
YouTube processes the video slowly, depending on the video size. Your initial progress bar is the upload progress.
Instead of posting this on the general discussion, try asking in technical issues or a friend for help. If you want to promote your video, please don't do it in this way.
Maybe? Or search for a fix on youtube.
