sorry if this has already been suggested before ._.

but i was hoping that users who don't have credit card, paypal or any of the other payment methods for energy could have the option of using pre-paid cards.

i'm specifically hoping that spiral knights would consider having cherry credits (http://www.cherrycredits.com/sg) in their payment methods for south-east Asian players and any other users who has access to it.

Those ultimate game cards are

Those ultimate game cards are great----you can even get them in Wal Mart! However, they are not really available internationally.

Coolbluex, are there any other cards like that at your common supermarket? Preferably cards that work with PayByCash? It would be easier for SK to work with them if that card company already works with PayByCash.

Look at the PayByCash

Look at the PayByCash website.
If any of those options are available to you, you should be able to pay for Spiral Knights through PayByCash.

You should also investigate the other direct payment options SK offers.

Prepaid credit cards are another option.

There is also the more expensive (because they charge an activation fee) but simpler to use option of prepaid credit cards. You can get a prepaid Visa, Mastercard, or American Express in just about any grocery or drug store in the US at least, and I assume they're pretty popular elsewhere in the world, too. You don't need to be 18 or pass a credit check to get these cards, but they typically have about a $5 activation fee.

With those you can just use the credit card payment method which is by far the easiest way to buy CE.

There's also Green Dot

There's also Green Dot MoneyPack that has the occasional event where they reimburse the $5 activation fee.

green dot was lame

its good for paypal but how can you get it to use it directly with out paypal? (btw i got verification problems with it thats why i gave up on that option)

visa cards?... i got phobia with those things lol drop dead from plastic-"plastic" dude.

i really like the idea of the universal game card but the thing is it is limited to around $20 at the moment.

thanks for the ideas guys! this was really helpful

Like d0gr0ck said.

Green Dot Moneypak is very easy. You can easily set up a Paypal without a bank account/credit card, and fill it up by buying a Moneypak. The only issue possible with it would be:
- Attempting to verify it too soon; I think it's a 20 minutes waiting period from when you bought it to when you can add it
- Typing in the number wrong. Double check, seriously

Otherwise, I've used this method for a good year now, and have had no problems what-so-ever.
Considering I could set it up as a 15-year old back then, I'm assuming most people here should be able to do it.

all of the payment methods

all of the payment methods listed all have some kind of activation fee (which i refuse to pay for)
have a round about method, which might cause me to pay even more than the difference in currency
or are common in the US but not in Asia (ultimate game cards are not sold here)

i have already suggested to cherry credits to contact spiral knights
but if spiral knights isn't willing to have other pre-paid payment options then i just i'll just continue to buy energy with crowns :x
thanks anyways

Check in the mail

I think you can mail a check or money order directly to OOO. You'll have to wait for the postal service to deliver it before you get your CE, so it's not an ideal payment method, but it shouldn't involve large fees. Ask the GMs for more info before you try this, though.
