I reached my credit max and I asked them if they could increase it so I could buy the new pack, which you can ask that according to wiki.
Oh yeah, you definitely need to talk to them about that. It happens to a friend of mine every once in a while, since he buys a lot of CE.
Sometimes it takes them a while to get to those kinds of requests, since that's not exactly a bug.
Just hang in there.

In general. It is a tad busy these days, but within a day is very common. Make sure you send it via our Support Web Form. And we'll reply back to you via email.
You may want to add @spiralknights.com to your address book or safe list etc. as some email hosts are very aggressive with filtering email as spam. In particular Yahoo and AOL are known for that. So also check your junk mail folder for our replies if you haven't added us.
Actually, OOO gets a lot of emails and they are VERY busy working on patches. What were you asking them about? It might be something a regular player could answer for you.
