First Time Drawing a Knight

So I was bored late at night because I couldn't sleep yet again, so I drew this. It is just my in-game character
...So, do you guys/gals think it is any good? I'm looking for honest feedback, so if you don't like it, feel free to be perfectly blunt about it.

@Pandafishie
Thanks! I really appreciate your feedback!
@psychnade
Thank you, also, all I have really ever done before with art is stick figures so yeah, this sketch is really rough.

This is indeed really great for a rough sketch! Your shading is marvelous, as you weren't afraid to go dark with your pencil. And the amount of detail on the armor especially is clear even though the scan/picture didn't capture everything. The only criticism I have is that the arms could be a bit longer, then the proportions will be more Spiral Knight-like.
Anyhow, looking forward to seeing more of your work. C:

I want to compliment your drawing but I have to criticize it as well, since you have opened yourself for opnions, the good opinion is there but get ready for the bad opinions.
First, the body proportion is off, your knight's hand should be somewhere below his/her waist and if you want me to be more acute with my opnion, I would also say that the left arm is severely out of portion with the right arm.
As for the armor details, you captured most of the defining aspects of a wolver coat and an angelic helm, good job there, but I do have to remind you that you missed the chin guard on the angelic helm, a piece of protection on a knight's chin, check out wiki for a better look. It would also be nice if you added the pony tail on the back of the helm. As for the wolver coat, the only thing that is missing is the side plates on the waist, but if you are not keen on matching every detail on your knight's armor, disregard this paragraph.
As for your text 'Magnum-Frost', I see what you are trying to get, an impression of rebelion or wildness. But the letter 'O' is a bit over presented, plz do consider reducing the lines coming out from the letter 'O', putting space between the letter would also be great.
It's gooood!
A little too much on the shading(?) though. If you were to use color, then it would have come out less messy, for say.
It's a heck lot better than what I can do!
Color~~~~~~
Hope I helped!
