I'm going to do this from now on, harrassi- I mean maintaining correspondence with OOO through their Game Masters via in-game chat.
I once had a Gremlin Stalker as a friend, problem was I couldn't see him that often due to his work schedule..

Well, I'm sure you know there's a difference between the GMs interacting with us and the devs themselves interacting with us.
GMs are supposed to, but having the devs talk to us once in a while would be nice too. Nick used to pop in and show off the new cosmetics, but when that's the epitome of the interaction between us and the devs, especially on a game this small, that's kind of sad.
I do have to admit that the GMs here are some of the sweetest and most patient people that I've ever seen. Just hope that they're not getting too much flame because of the various problems that the game is running into with delays and droughts...

Nobody's complaining about the GM/CM's. They are not even allowed to talk about those things, as evidenced by them always retracting their statements.
It's the fact that OOO as a company isn't very communicative (anymore).
That doesn't mean they can't talk about normal things, or other released content. What's their favorite weapon? Who's the best NPC? What exactly DO jellies taste like?
The responses would at least spark some fun into the conversation. :)

I logged in to say that OOO lost touch with the community. Not that Hyperion lost his touch...
Hyperion and Atalanta were always my 2 fav GM... je sais pas pourquoi... ;)
And Atalanta/Hyperion are friendly GM, they fool around and don't do much, but they are there answering silly questions... playing hide and seek. That little gesture goes a long way for the community (specially on a MMO)
I remember that GM used to announce reset time. I also remember seeing french reset warning... I wonder why you ever stopped doing that...
