Who? - The Cops.

Why? - They'll do anything to stop you, "They'll just push you so what?" Not really only that, they'll use power ups called "Pursuit Tech" similar to what the Racers can use for combat(Even fully upgraded they can use), mostly for car to car combat.

They'll ram you, head on ram you followed by another 15-45 behind that cop who is stopping you via head on ram and chances of them hitting you via head on ram after turning to around to get away from the road block are quite high

(Of course if you're fast some might leave as it will say during pursuit, but do not be fooled by this as I have got one trying to ram me head on, followed by another 15-45 maybe more).

Only to get hit by random road spikes that you failed to spot, putting you in damage critical where you will have to drive as fast as you can not hitting anything because once you are caught, that amount of points you earned in one session, say you are carrying 1-2.4 mil making you at heat lvl 10 which basically spells "No escape" from the cops meaning you can't even stop at a repair shop or in the middle of the road to finish eating/drinking whatever it is you are eating/drinking and playing at the same time.

You earn 1-2.4 mil or so, you get busted/wrecked

Game is like: Oh you think you'll still have that after being wrecked/busted?
