How do we get the materials for the Fiendish ID Card
In the announcement, Aphrodite says:
"Spiral HQ has new intel that fiends are gathering tortodrone parts and reassembling them. That can't be good...right? Scout the Clockworks for fiends to gather intel and fiendish glyphs. Investigate the Ancient Grove and put a stop to their nefarious activities!"
So far, a fiend in S4 dropped 3 glyphs and fiends in S5 dropped 4. Xyka, how many do fiends drop in S6?
I got 4 from a Gorgo doing the Silent Legion.
Yeah, I just jumped over to Silent Legion and got the same result, 4.
Running Arcade Devilish Drudgery/Infernal Passage tier 1 stratum 1.
These levels happed to have new gylphs installed, getting atleast 5 a pop.
Infernal passage also has a chance of a 5 en gate that leads to a torto-danger room.
Profitability of said torto-danger room is debatable, there's a large one with like 15 and some new scenery, but can be a regular 5 token room.
Would test higher tiers but getting a fiend level in those atm could be quite a pain.
I'm not sure I understand the purpose of the ID card. Can anyone explain it for those like me. It seems like the new mission is accessible from the usual menu and the mysterious crafting station is in the arcade. So what gives?
Since that is a Dark City, I'm certain there will be lots of glyphs in there. I urge you to do the same along with The Silent Legion.
The elevator is locked, like a Shadow Lair, and needs the ID to open it.
A party of 4 running the Silent Legion's first 2 levels two times got us a run.
Is "The Silent Legion" the only mission that glyphs are gathered on, or will any mission with fiends work?
Any missions with fiends will do. In fact, you just need to farm fiends to get those glyphs.
Any, though the Silent Legion was very quick with a few Blitzes.
Or the scenario room.
I've gotten some from gorgos/trojans.
I just ran FSC and got 0 from trojans.
I've been doing the same thing, a lazy day of T1 grinding. Does anyone have numbers on the difference in glyphs per strata? Because even at fewer drops per run T1S1 only takes 5-10 minutes max, has a chance of a fiend room, and you never die so you're not wasting sparks. I'm not sure it's not actually more profitable in the long run then T3 fiend missions. Though that may just be me, because I struggle with fiends in large numbers in higher tiers. Especially in enclosed spaces like danger rooms.
I've just been playing Tier 1 as well, but mostly because the lag makes it too difficult to play on deeper tiers..
I mainly doubted the profitability of the 5 energy for 5-15 Glyphs rooms.
Not the notion of farming T1.
The difference in mob dropped Glyphs seems to be quite minimal be, as in 1(3 on t1, 4 on t3, on elite).
I'm still hoping for easier to access higher tier fiend levels in the Arcade, though.

Kill Fiends. They'll drop the mats. I've been hacking and slashing through The Silent Legion.
