That only protects you from reprisal from the government or in a court of law, not the actions of other private individuals, i.e. in this case forum moderators removing excess clutter from the forums. When operating in these forums, the ToS has always trumped any "freedom of speech" you imagine you have here.

Call it whine or rant or complaining. I still can't believe no one is realizing that they banned people and then called it a bug so people were using it as an exploit when it was OOO mistake for the vees in the first place. (this is communism,the man making mistakes and then banning other people for it because well he can. and other things I wrote before but couldn't post since I was temp banned from the forum. hooray! )
@Valorai not really. my post had only 1/4 of the discussion post meant for that post. so why can't I state my opinion on several different topics in one go? thus why I said there was no freedom of speach

Alright, you officially have no clue at all what communism entails. Here, I'll break it down for you because I'm SUCH a nice guy-er jelly. Actually, I found a good quote.
Most people know what communism is at its most basic level. Simply put, communism is the idea that everyone in a given society receives equal shares of the benefits derived from labor. Communism is designed to allow the poor to rise up and attain financial and social status equal to that of the middle-class landowners.
Gee, what you just ranted about is totally about communism. Because communism would NEVER let everyone equally enjoy the same benefit. Oh wait. You call this forum communism. Everyone has the same benefits from the GM's here. Oops.

I wont comment on this anymore considering I've written all about it in my post before and I do make a point on it when ever you like it or not. As for the forum spam,who cares? OOO thinks it was a bug. I'm sorry you disagree. Perhaps you should notify them through a support contact to tell them its not a bug and should be re-implemented in the game. I'm not even being sarcastic with this statement if you really think it isn't a bug.

Do you listen to anything the GMs say? They're trying to keep general discussion from overflowing with spam, and directing people to post in the thread that was actually MADE for us to post out feedback on.
