Unbound costumes

Hello first
Sry for my bad english, I am german

I want to buy a Sniped Stranger hat, but I can´t buy it, because every hat is soulbound.

So I would like a unbound station for costumes OR a event, where you could buy old stuff like Stranger Hats or something like this.
All this old Stuff is soulbound and so I can´t buy it.

gods ain't gonna help you, son.

problem is, there are some costumes that are worth way more than you can imagine, so any unbinding fee would be too high or crash the market.
well, we could have promos that sell those, that's a good idea.
