The Arc Razor Beast VH UV (3*) isn't worth very much at all. At the most, I would say 40k crowns. This is due to the fact that the Winmillion line isn't very popular because it deals normal damage and it doesn't have a 5* upgrade.

Another factor that comes into consideration is that when it becomes the 4* Winmillion, it's very annoying to try to kill beasts with it... because the projectiles from swinging it make Wolvers dodge all over the place.

In general, damage UVs don't add much value to weapons. Most players only consider buying UVs that increase attack speed or charge time speed.

If you had ASI VH on the Arc Razor, then that would be a different story. It would probably be worth about 15kCE (a little more than a million crowns).
