Sort of. Let me describe the game lore for you to know

SA2: Since Shadow is collecting Chaos Emeralds for Robuttnick, GUN mistakes Shadow for Sonic (like Amy and Eggman did) and wants to do to Sonic what they would've done to Shadow. Death, maybe. Anywho, Sonic gets upset for Shadow putting him in trouble, and Shadow is upset at Sonic for "copying him". When they battle the second time (on the ARK), Shadow finds that they are both similar. When Biolizard (who is Shadow's older brother, by the way) attempts to crash the ARK into the Earth (or Mobius), Shadow risks his life to save them.

Then the Skylark crashed.

Uhh no, that did not happen. Shadow fell to the Earth (or Mobius) and, according to Eggman (Shadow's nephew), he sent a robot to save him from the fall. From the fall, Shadow got amnesia.

Heroes: Eggman seals Shadow in a secret room and puts E-123 Omega in charge of guarding him. Omega begins to have hate for Eggman and his other robots. Rouge comes along (again) and breaks in the vault to find Shadow. When she releases Shadow, Omega thinks Sha-

Okay, so the three team up. Now to where Team Dark and Team Sonic meet up. Shadow doesn't remember Rouge or Sonic, or Tails, or Knuckles, or Amy, or Eggman from the events of SA2, only remembering the death of Maria and his name. Shadow still thinks that Sonic is still copying him, with Rouge, admittingly remembering them with the overused statement "long time no see", dismisses that fact, and they battle. Why Rouge doesn't tell Shadow everything might be because she said in SA2 that she is working with a group (not GUN, mind you) to get info about Shadow, and maybe about his nature.

Shadow the Hedgehog, the game: Shadow starts off after the events of Heroes with what he remembers of his name, Maria, and of Heroes events. Yes, Shadow kills Sonic in the intro cutscene, but he also killed Eggman in a few of the endings too. Dismissing that, Shadow finds about his past and puts it behind him.

Sonic 06: Welp, Shadow works for GUN now. So much for a series reboot. Anywho, Shadow still remembers everything, even happily working with Sonic in Crisis City. Not too much new with the relationship stuff.

Chronicles: This game causes a single problem with Shadow: why is he not working for GUN when Rouge is? One could say that he was tasked with finding Omega like he said he was doing. Past that, Shadow attacks them in Mystic Ruins and that one pink city. He teams up with them because Sonic said he would find Omega if he joined.

I am fully aware there are games I did not include, such as Battle, Rivals, and the Storybook Series, but that is because they don't add anything to him not mentioned before.

Generations: Shadow does fight Modern Sonic, but doesn't wave back to Classic Sonic.

Short answer: no, Shadow does not hate Sonic.

I don't care if you think this parody is terrible, just give me your opinion.
