I just have a quick question about the iron heart attack skill, After you get iron heart attack i know it drops these defense orbs but does it still increase heart drop rates or do the defense orb just replace the chances for hearts?

Thank you for answering me, off to the graveyard this threads go :D
It still increases Heart Drops, it just adds the chance of Defense Orbs on top of that.
