Unable buy CE via SMS?!

I live in Estonia and i want to buy CE via SMS but it doesn't work ;(. Now i am afraid if it registered money but never sent any CE...
Maybe i am doing something wrong or it is disabled?

Have you submitted a support ticket? This is something that OOO would probably have to help you with themselves.

i doubt it would work, now

i doubt it would work, now that i lost 12 euros without getting any energy (on my phone) then tried moms and it only worked on moms phone, its BOKU s fault, i doubt OOO would do something about it...
