I think you should be able to View what an item looks like before you buy it or make it. For example you hold your mouse over Calibur Sword and it shows an image of what that sword looks like

It would make more sense to be able to evaluate the item (e.g., in the training hall).
I crafted an autogun, and was disappointed with the actual performance of the device, so basically it was ~2000 crowns and 50 energy down the drain. I checked the wiki before buying the recipe and everything else, but it did not state that the range was awful and that the shooting (you can not move during shooting/reloading) takes very long.
i dont see why... but o well no harm no foul
