Just do the next two missions, to learn about the other two kinds of sprite. In the mission after those, you get to choose one. Have fun.

My explanation is better is that it is about 100 characters of text, integrated into these forums, without the need to visit another web site or view a video requiring a web browser plug-in. In other words, a video is massive overkill, right? Maybe I'm just old-fashioned. Cheers.
