Well I badly so badly hope it comes out End of June (any time after end of June) I missed the last 2 events and will never miss a single event after the month of June! My final exam is at the end if June. After the end of June I will be a free man! So yeah just in case you have missed it, please be at the end of June.

Lets apply science!
According to intel from the wiki page, the time between the last two Kataclysmic Confrontations was exactly 189 days, or 6 months and 8 days. Which means since the last event ended on August 28th of 2013, following the date pattern, it should have been on March the 5th, it's quite obvious this didn't happen, and we got torto's.
But in all honesty, have patience with them, scheduling events is kind of tricky. Torto's will end and the anniversary is coming up, so chances are that'll be what's next on their agenda. Next BKC release in my opinion will be June-July.

I think it's quite possible
I think it's quite possible for them to host 2 events at once seeing as right now they have been doing so. One special case of this is 2 winterfest missions which can be said to be a single events but they are both separate in my opinion as they hold a different story. That being said the Black Kat event could be put out at the same time as the anniversary event(Heck last time they had BK event + the box event).

Either I'm missing out on the news, you're joking, you don't know anything about the Half Life series, or OOO got hired (which I highly doubt, Half Life isn't their genre of games to make) to help Valve with Half Life 3.
I'm pretty sure Valve is working on Half Life 3, not OOO... OOO is too busy with their own stuff anyway (speaking of OOO working, did they just ditch canon?)

When OOO feels like it. We already had two of those events, I think it's safe to assume that we'll have more. Especially if you consider that it's the only way to get the Book that lets us fight the Kat boss and get the BKC. Just be patient.
