I don't really think it's appropriate for the teenager age limit. I mean they can't really control the players that well, but their own game mechanics shouldn't be crossing that line. So -1.

I don't see a point
Like at all, this adds relatively nothing to the game beside a cake bomb (and maybe bride and groom costumes), this is just like a new type of friend list that can only include one friend and in order for it to work and have meaning both parties would have to on near the same times allot. And Here a question since it is like a very exclusive friends list when you unfriend or remove some one from this list would it be called divorce?, in which in order to do so you need to do the the divorce court dungeon in which there is a judge like boss who has a hammer that has an attack called alimony smash which cause knight to loose assets (such as crowns, materials, rarities, etc). This would make funny but over all still pointless.
And when it come to gender there already certain armor and certain eyes, but overall gender isn't that important role in the game because it seem that if there is gender then it equality at its max where every body is involved in the military equally in which it will still serve no point.
So -1 for the idea
but +1 for making me laugh

useless feature, why people want to marry in a videogame anyway? its just ridiculous. unless of course you want to marry with a G.I.R.L (Guy In Real Life)
Anyway we dont need useless things like a marriage system when the game need clearly other useful fixes rather than a useless feature.

If this happened, I'd marry one of my alts for the costumes, buffs, and Cake Bomb.
But then everyone would follow me and before you know it, there are tons of OP Knights dressed like agents tossing Cake Bombs everywhere that would probably be reskinned Stagger Storms.
