hi before weekend i posted this question here, but i canot find the topic now..maybe its problem with my memmory, cause i drunk realy lot of thinks (and smoke and inhale too;()

so here is the question again:

how can we obtain the green ward shield and static flash bomb? only with real money? so 3 rings start implement items which u can obtain only with real money????? do u plan implement unbalanced 5* items for 50$ in next patch?

here is the patch notes:

A new energy package is available called 'The Starter Pack.' This energy package can be purchased one time per account. It contains 7500 crystal energy for 19.95 (the standard 19.95 package) but also includes:
* 5 mist tanks
* 1 heat amplifier
* 2 trinket slot upgrades
* 2 weapon slot upgrades
* A 1* unique bomb, the Static Flash
* A 1* unique shield, the Green Ward
* A commemorative Artifact

Those two eqps are pretty

Those two eqps are pretty useless...... it's just a pallet/effect swipe more than anything else really.

Those two also has no advance path at all.

yes its true, but i fear invest time and money to this game annymore

i have expirience with ragnarok online servers, where greedy admins ruin the server with unbalanced donator items.
it always start with lowlevel items or with items which only change how u look.

if u look at 3rings patches u dont fear this think happen?

Three rings generally has a good track record of making everything game-changing obtainable as a free player. Though I would like to see the option of getting these new items for a certain amount of CE.

This two items do not have an upgrade path so they are pretty useless if you want to go in T2 and T3.
If the game starts to have 4star+ items with real money, I will quit this game.

I think it's just a bit early to start calling this out but I see what you are saying.

OOO usually has a good track record with the players to but lately they dropped the ball.

Calm down!

It is just a pack for starters, with lots of items that can help in the first run on the 2nd half of tier 1 or something. The items are just so the starters can use ,,decent'' items and it lets them craft more very early with the CE.
It can be a good thing and OOO will only work on the features of the game now, or they can do the ,,Buy the awesome ultra pack for 50 $!You will get full dmg 5* weapons with UV on Maximum and the 5* PWN armor with invincibility as long as you pay 5000 CE every month!Buy it now!" thing and lose all their players and they might have learned from the mistake to make the crafting prices ridiculous and lose 3/5 of the players.
Lets just hope they will not continue with the OP stuff for Real Cash thing.

So why is there a need for a "Cash Shop" when the game is already released to the public?

Why keep the CE costs high for the new players when all you have to do is to reduce the CE costs to something a bit more manageable?

(That's not to say the "Cash Shop" thing hasn't been implemented, but trinket slots and extra weapon slots are personal choices rather than experimentation with the whole idea of a "Cash Shop".)

They're going to have an unbind shop or whatever, so nonpaying players will get the opportunity to get those (at unnecessarily high prices likely...)

Static Flash

Just to put your mind at ease - the Static Flash is on par with Cold Snap and Firecracker, which are both great T1 bombs for playing around but not for doing serious damage or even inflicting their intended status effects. Even in the rare occasions when a Static Flash inflicts shock, the ticks only do 2-3 damage at D1, slowly increasing to 8-2 by D7.

If unbinding is based on star

If unbinding is based on star level it won't be THAT expensive to unbind these cool-looking but useless items if a non-payer seriously wants one.

Unfortunately, I have zero intention on buying more CE until the next costume event comes along. Sorry OOO :)

The only way I buy CE is with crowns. I just mass craft items that sell decently, and buy 100 energy with it then post more auctions. But items with cash, thats just BS.
