Well, I have over 30 Ancient Shells willing to become an Omegaward in my backpack, i didnt have energy or time to make it earlier , but the materials last forever so i was wondering if they will come back someday
I was so disapointed when i went to check the special alchemy machine in moorcroft and saw that they werent there

Nope. Tortodrone shields are gone for good.

Yeah. Every single Tortodrone shield disappeared when the event ended.

But the Kat Event came back twice last year. Either they have Tortodrone come once a year and Kat event comes once a yeat or maybe even they both come back twice a year.

I quite recently had a heated argument with a baby, and was convinced that object permanence isn't real. The Kat Event isn't here now, so it won't ever be. The same goes for March of the Tortodrones, and Apocrea.
Yes, they even said so, or at the very least hinted at it.
They're not in the Moorcraft Machine because the Moorcraft Machine is only for the Kat Event. You can craft the shields in the Mysterious Alchemy Machine in the Haven Arcade.
