based on trends i see in the AH and comitted B/o prices.
asi med sell for around 50kcrs - 80kcrs
asi high ... i dunno
asi vh 16-22kce
ctr med prices dropped due to Chaos set. 80-110kcrs, with the occasional straggler of 125kcrs.
ctr high 250-300kcrs
ctr vh 18-25kce
the only dmg bonus that sells fairly highly are undead VH... 85-135kcrs
slime vh... 65-85kcrs (sadly)
gremlin vh... 75-95kcrs.
double uvs like asi med + ctr med sell nicely. 500kcrs + for 2*
and recently an obsidian edge with those uvs' sold for .9mil in the AH.

Sold a Ctr Low for 20kcr and an asi low went 12 hours at 10kcr
