At first, I thought otherwise too. But when I timed it and I managed to do the same number of swings in thirty seconds I just didn't know what to think.
And by charge speed I mean the speed of which you run while charging the weapon.
So how is Faust faster than Avenger?
I never mentioned bars. But the majority of SK members find the Faust faster than Avenger.
Document those statistics and then we can talk.

The bars are terra wrong. I know the bars on Levi and CIV are a bit misleading because their differences are miniscule in appearence, but this is EXTREMELY misleading. The Faust has 3 more speed bars than Avenger, yet they have the same swing speed.
Just one of those things that OOO should have fixed but didn't. Just have to live with it.
