It existed in Preview Event, and was made inaccessible.

It's a secret arena, you have to do all the Shadow Lairs 3 times in a row with no damage, in one day. After doing that, go to the level one hour within completing the last shadow lair. Walk up to the wall blocking it, then open up the Inventory and Missions menu. Throw your monitor out the window, don't worry, this is legit, I swear. Check your monitor, if it hasn't exploded. If you did all this correctly, you should have the mythical 5th bar.

no, you supposed to get the jaguar redscreen, if you dont get that screen then you did something wrong

Hidden Machines are a subcategory of Technical Machines, essentially "Hidden Technical Machines". The only difference between the two is that each Hidden Machines move's overworld use are required to progress the game.
Consider that before going all Nazi on me.
Hidden machines can be used more than once opposed to a technical machine's single use.
I hope that the Jelly Green Giant is brought back for April fool's or something, so I can fight it again.
