Hi, sorry to butt in, but I don't think so.
I bought a CTR med Electron Bomb (4*) for about that price (5k E all together, 1.8k E unbind, 3.2k E for the bomb), I don't think a clean one is that price personally. I agree for the unbinding fee portion. Maybe adding to a maximum of about 3k ce, but that would be if I was the seller though, which I can't be since I don't have the recipes for them. (1.8k E unbind, 1.2k E profit)
Unfortunately, it ultimately depends on the seller.

200 energy for 3* craft, 400
200 energy for 3* craft, 400 energy for 4* craft, 1800 for unbind, so 2400 in total costs just to make it (plus 3500 crowns so 2450 just to have a nice round even number)
(I don't have any 3* or 4* orbs haha)
but hey if you want this, I could make one for you for like.. 3k CE? That includes unbind fees. I just need an hourish to grind up the heat.
