HELP! i cant load the wiki and i loaded it TWO days ago!

First of all, i have a account named enlightnedsoul.
I play on Kongregate, but, one day, all of sudden, when i logged in on wiki to see about the next tiers of t he Tempered Calibur swords,

I couldent see the images. it all said FILE: Sword-(?).Png and lots of that things.
I clicked on the things so i could see the things..
But, instead of load the wiki page where i could see the swords, it said i needed a account do see those things.

BUT, I NEVER NEEDED A ACCOUNT! i was just logged in from kongregate, and i could see the swords all properly whit no problem!

Then, i tried to log in from kongregate, but there was NO option for that.
And then, i tried to log in from facebook( because i log in on kongregate by facebook) but.......
IT SAID i had NO ACCOUNT on facebook!

(Then, how could i enter the wiki if i DINT had the account?)
i even tried to get the wiki link of the in-game... but it was the same FILE: icons! and i dont know what are them, and when i finnaly maked a account and tried so see the wiki
AFTER DELETING MY REAL Enlightnedsoul because i had NO other name i want to make my new account...
it said:

"To upload the files put a image there and..." and i dont understand these things and i dont want upload files.

I WANT see the WIKI T_T

Please help me WIKI IS NOT WORKING ANYMORE for ME :<

please help me, it worked one day and all of sudden it gone... to the files.

NOTE: i can see images from EVERYWHERE , exepect the wiki things cuz they only say FILE: (?).png.
Help...

It just means the image database is down or destroyed.

Don't use permanent "solutions" that easily for things you don't know much about yet.

My god... I need to talk to a admin.

I really need to talk to a admin. i have some ideas for the game that i CANT post in the forums and that they are very secret, and, i have some things to tell to some people whit powers, but...

i cant EVEN ask support.

Im whit two problems: first of all, the wiki doenst load and says EVERYTHING about files while somedays ago nothing hapned.

Also, there is a bigger problem. i cant contact support, because, everytime i click the support next to my account, and ask a SUPPORT in the SUPPORT page, next to it haves a lock, and when i click it,
Its all a white blank page that doenst load.

So, im doomed AND the entire spiral knights too.

Too bad im the only know whats happening around today :/

WISH someone could listen me for a little time... i have so much things to say to the admins. ... :///

At least you may try saved copy(2014 01 11 09:12:48). But it's only the main page, other may be older.

I've asked a GM, they told me they have already mentioned it to the developers... so it's just a waiting game. Again it could be a database error, so then OOO would have to contact amazon about their servers.
