Tier 1 takes away your 2-star equipment health bonus.
duhrrrrrrrrr go to tier 2 if you rly want moar health
I certainly can't answer that one. Maybe if you rephrased it?
I will try nonetheless.
If you're looking for some type of set bonus from having both wolver items, those don't exist.
If you are thinking it will give you a better health bonus than your previous gear, it may be too low level (they give a better bonus at level 5+) or you are in the wrong tier: Tier 1 caps health bonuses at +2 per item, Tier 2 is +4 (I think)
