Activated? You have to

Activated? You have to activate it? I really need CE/EC. And besides, i already spent like $1k on other games before i quit but this game looks good. So uhm, back to my question, DOES THE PREPAID VISA CARD NEED TO BE ACTIVATED AND STUFF BEFORE I CAN USE IT?

This is how it works

1. You go to 7-11
2. You pick up the card
3. Take it to the cashier and pay (when they scan it...the card becomes activated and the receipt usually says the card is activated)
4. You come back and spend the cash on ce =)

From the Visa Gift Card

From the Visa Gift Card FAQ:

Do I need to activate my Visa Gift card?
The activation process is determined by the issuer, so you will need to follow the instructions provided with your card. Many Visa Gift cards are activated automatically upon purchase and may be used immediately. However, some Visa Gift cards must be activated by the recipient before they can be used.
