I recently acquired the electron lines of recipe and already have a level 10 electron bomb myself. The question is does the 5* at level 1 increases its radius when heated to max or no? Because the wiki image are down, i cannot confirm it myself.

Note that unless you use a bomb focus perk or an elite bomb focus module you won't be reaching Max ctr with a level 1 vortex and Chaos set. For bombs, level 10 probably matters more simply for the charge time reduction.
Unless you have UVs, because well, UVs.
Although you probably don't need Max ctr after all...
Heat doesn't effect radius, only the star level.
