Okay now, THAT is just a minor graphical bug, and it's pretty easy to emulate, so I don't see the problem with that one.

I got that bug, and science'd it.
Reported it via a bug report too, but basically it's the same usable taking up two slots, just to annoy you. Trying to move the usables around makes weird stuff happen too.
If you used it, both would have disappeared.
