Not just up to 120000 crowns; heart eyes are a whopping 3500 Energy, or around 227500 crowns.

In other words, you just need lots and I mean LOTS of cr. how much are closed eyes worth btw? I mean dang, it cost money to blink now!
You can usually get ones from the Auction House, the prices range from about 30,000 Crowns to 120,000 Crowns or more, depending on the eyes.
Vatel also sells the four you can pick for your knight in the beginning (the default eyes, happy eyes, determined eyes, and almond eyes) for 50,000 Crowns each.
