It's an NPC item. The gremlin in the awesome new mission uses it. Posting it *shouldn't* be too much of a problem, unless of course they were planning to release it to the player-base.
That would make an interesting weapon with the charge being a flamethrower. :D
Fangel, there are two possibilities:
1. Troika line and custom charge attack flamethrower.
OR
2. A Combuster reskin.
I swear we've had so many reskins it just makes want to- *is shot*
Troika attack pattern (that's how we use the thwack hammer anyways) with a flamethrower charge attack(maybe a combuster charge attack, although a unique attack would be much nicer).
I just want the 360 stun split elemental Thwacker attack ;-;

I used to have a frying pan "joke" weapon in another MMO I played and as soon as I saw Groat's, I needed it to relive those old days.
I may be wrong about this but I think OOO might get mad at you if you show off your modified game files, so post at your own risk.
