I were asking if there's a way to obtain Glowing Fire Crystal RECIPE.

You can receive the Glowing Fire Crystal recipe from the rank 7-1 mission, Darkest Depths.
With it, you can make 5 Glowing Fire Crystals for the cost of 200 Crowns, and the material cost of 3 Shining Fire Crystals.
I'd recommend just farming the arcade for Glowing Fire Crystals. Crafting them actually costs quite a lot in the long run, and just farming for them also gets you Crowns and chances of orbs drops or Spark of Life drops alongside it.

...ah, ok...Thank you, Dibsville. That's exactly the information i asked for! I am farming, right now, but i were wondering: enemies start dropping crystals i need from depth 8 on, on the arcade mode, right? There's a gate where i could find more or all the gate have the same dropping chance?

Glowing Fire Crystals
All of the gates have the same chance of dropping Glowing Fire Crystals.
The thing is that treasure boxes are what drop them, not enemies. As for where you can actually find them, they are usually found Stratum 3, 4, and rarely 5 (Depths 9-12, 14-17, and 19-22, respectively).
