Now i'm wondering how does this work considering we all have configured different time zones in the Locale setting in the Forum Preferences tab. How do we call out "rezzed thread" when the dates and times are displayed differently for the time zone we set it to?

How do you mean? It's not like we are months and years ahead of each other. You see a thread which hasn't been posted in for months or years you don't bump it. Is that what you are trying to say?

they're usually a month or more old, I don't think time zones are relevant in that case.
