i have only won one mask, a cursed bombhead, and it was bound upon winning. i don't know if you can sell the ones you buy in the arcade, or if some of them are unbound, but my experience was that they were delivered bound

Hmm.

I see what you mean, but some are also received via the AH, which aren't bound on purchase. Thanks for the heads up! :D
