Maybe you vould add sets for the vendors in the hall of heros (e.g. the striker set would be skolver set + dread venom striker + swiftstrike buckler)
And add the fang of vog to the vog cub set. (it seams obvious because you also have the barbarous thorn blade and such in the snarvolax set)

Still wondering why people included the BTS, DBB, and BTB in the Snarbolax set. Just because it matches doesn't mean it goes to the set, I mean, you don't even get the Snarbolax armour in the same way you get the Barbarous items.

people make stuff up
People just make this stuff up. A few months ago an editor made up a poison weapons set --- meaning, all of the poison weapons. There is no evidence that Three Rings intends them to be a set of course.
Some people are more into the cosmetics than the protections, the method of obtaining, etc. That probably explains why somebody listed BTS in the Snarbolax set.
The sets sold by each Hall of Heroes vendor are listed at that vendor's wiki page. These lists are very clear and objective. In contrast, many of the sets listed on the wiki are basically inventions of the players. They are not really official, objective entities in the game. Your proposals are not bad, but:
Why does "the striker set" use Skolver? Why can't a striker wear Vog Cub? Echo sells both.
Is Fang of Vog in the Vog Cub set or the Ancient Plate set? Arguments could be made for both.
