why vanaduke sl is called ufsc not sfsc?

Probably you're joking, but I'll take this opportunity to pontificate. People use acronyms for the same two reasons that they use any jargon.
The good reason: When everyone in the conversation knows the jargon, use of jargon can expedite communication. Talking gets more efficient.
The bad reason: When not everyone knows the jargon, use of jargon lets you display that you know stuff that others don't. You get to feel superior.

I always thought UFSC meant Ultimate Firestorm Citadel. But wouldn't that make normal FSC Penultimate Firestorm Citadel? I'm digressing though.
UFSC does mean Ultimate Firestorm Citadel. And SFSC means Shadow Firestorm Citadel. And they both refer to the same place, which is Shadow Lair: Firestorm Citadel.
And yes, people do refer to FSC as Penultimate Firestorm Citadel. (Okay, no they don't.)
It is called SFSC. But some people still call it UFSC, which became the popular name on the test server, before Shadow Lairs were officially released.
This is like how many people call the Royal Jelly "the Jelly King", although the game never (if I recall correctly) calls him that. People use both names, and it's not hard to figure out what they mean, once you've played the game for a while. Language is messy.
