Well. You see, I got a bunch of UVs on some weapons. I'd like some feedback on whether good or back
1. Leviathan blade (Fiend VERY high)
2. Avenger (Beast low)
3. Gigwatt Pulsar (Attack speed med)
4. Striker (Attack speed VERY high)
An alchemy path for striker and keep UV on levi?
Is beast low on avenger balancing the loss dm?

No, beast+1 on an Avenger doesn't come anywhere near canceling the damage resistance. It's a worthless UV.
Leviathan with fiend+4 is nice, although CTR would be much better, and ASI would be somewhat better. I would try for a different UV.
ASI is useful on Pulsars and Cutters. Congratulations. The question of alchemy path for a Striker is the age-old "DVS vs. WHB" question. Try searching Google for something like "DVS WHB site:forums.spiralknights.com". Or just read my detailed sword guide.

Fiend VH on Leviathan is worth keeping and you might spend alot of crowns to get ASI med or CTR med (Lows are ok but they don't make large differences by themself).
Polaris Med ASI makes it better at spamming so keep it.
Cutter with even a much higher speed? Yes definitely keep it.
Avenger with beast low is the only weapon you should reroll.
I have a dread venom striker with a very high attack speed increase. With a damage bonus, that thing wrecks. The wild hunting blade is quicker to flinch enemies.
Pair it with a callahan and you can dish out major damage.

2. Not a very good UV for Avenger since it's weak against beasts, so it won't make much of a difference.

I think that dread venom striker would be the best sword to go to for the cutter line, but I personally would sell that striker and make some $$$
