(a few months ago) At first I couldn't find any luminates. Once I made my pet level 100 and bought maskeraith I couldn't find any dark mater but I can find a lot of big luminates.

(these days) I wasted a lot of hours running through depths 14 to 17 and I couldn't find ONE elite orb and once after 2-3 hours of trying to find an orb I asked friend to join me to help me bring one giant mineral to the elevator and he found 2 in just 5 boxes (that realy made me angry, grrr, I was playing soooooo long and found none)! Latter (after TOO MANY hours) I finaly found that ... elite orb and I was gone to heat my new 4* item...

I made 4 or 5 runs on first depth of mission Terminal Meltdown and now I couldn't find any Shining Fire Crystals!!! Only found 9 in 4-5 runs!!!

Seriously :/ How do you do that OOO?! lol

And no, before anyone even comment that I will tell you I won't play FSC, JK, Twins etc. to get cr and buy orbs because I am freaking bored of those missions after long years.

i don't want to see any

i don't want to see any comments that we're lazy, because we have other things in life than frming orbs and crystals! why don't you understand that OOO? we all know that you need money to survive, but why don't you make interesting dlc(s) that we would buy? we're tired of rarity drought and your (jihad style) box bombing.

Stop running missions and run the arcade.

Are you playing on elite difficulty? You'll find that rarities drop frequently on that difficulty.

And boss runs net in the most crowns in respect to time. If you get impatient, buy energy either with real money or the money you've earned in-game. The fact that you can find the orbs in the clockworks makes this game lean more towards free-to-play, however that doesn't mean that you shouldn't use energy to buy the orbs anyways. You're sort of supposed to do that.

Lastly, the arcade will drop you many more fire crystals. If you run any tier 3 arcade gate, you'll find yourself with at least 30 shining fire crystals from each run. I often find myself with around 60 per run, or even more. This is on elite difficulty too, so that's a factor as well.

You know, if you play a full T3 arcade run, you can make nearly as much money as a full FSC run (minus the token bonus), then use that to buy elite orbs.

It's not much different from raising money any other way to get the CE you used to need to upgrade your items.

I'm not familiar with t2 farming, but it sounds like you're t3 already, so just rush for stratum 6 areas (d24+): shinings are all over the place there.

edit:
Oh yeah, I always play on elite, if that helps at all with drops/giving context to my answer.
I always forget that there's a difficulty changer lol.

Well that's a question xD

Well that's a question xD ofcourse I play elite! What else would I play as close to three years old player... by the way best way to get cr is to play easy tier 3 OCH (3 runs takes up to 2 hours) and then you can craft 30kcr worth helm (because I have got too many eternal orbs anyways) and sell it to vendor. In cases I still buy orbs time to time but what I meant is to make enough shining fire crystals and then heat and farm orbs at once on depths 14 to 17. However, this is not posible with my "perfect luck". Problem is that fire crystals are too expensive (I think) especialy because I need a lot of cr to get ready for darkfire.
EDIT: And I won't waste money as long as new cool update is not there and as long as they are destroying old events with new useless stuff within boxes, higher prices etc.

Thanks for the tips anyways... and I still belive OOO do that somehow lol

many missions

There are many profitable missions other than RJP, IMF, FSC. See the Lancer Knightz mission payout data.

You do not need to find your sprite's particular food mineral. Just select the biggest mineral you can find (red, yellow, or purple), craft that kind of sprite food, and trade it for the sprite food that you want. You can trade with random people in Haven, but it's even better if your guild has multiple people doing this. Then it's (in effect) really easy to get minerals for your sprite.

To find Shining Fire Crystals, just play in Tier 3. I have well over 5,000 of them without trying.

As you already know, you should not expect to find orbs. You should expect to buy them. You should be pleasantly surprised on those rare occasions when you don't have to buy them.

I have got all three

I have got all three battlesprites but as I said I always could not find ones I was looking for so I don't realy care about minerals now. I know ways to find Shining Fire Crystals, I just said that when I realy need them they somehow do not drop as much as they should. In this case I think the best way to farm them is to run through depths 24+ and only destroying boxes but that never works when I really need them.

Alternative, Buy stuff with real money so that you don't have to do runs in the first place.

I just said before that I

I just said before that I will not waste real money on this game as long as they don't give us very cool update and as long as they are ruining old events with changing stuff within boxes, higher prices, aditional missions in one event (with reskinned stuff) etc.

And if anyone do not understand it is not to "buy" ce, it is to donate money and support them that way. In this case ce is just a small gift because you support them.

The way the game is right

The way the game is right now, if you want to craft anything you should be farming radiants because those are BY FAR the most expensive factor in making level 10 5* gear. Even if you have a huge supply of radiants it's still a good idea to farm them because at 453 rads per lv.10 item you WILL run out eventually.

Basically if you don't farm rads and eternals then eventually your supply will dwindle and the overall cost of crafting will become much higher. Consider that if you craft 5* items often and try to farm elites and advanced orbs at t2, if you run out of rads it is going to cost you either 396,900cr (the current ce cost of buying 450 rads) or at least 30-40 full t3 runs.
