Was ment to be Cydonian Empires Site (never even got finnished): http://cydonian-empire.freeforums.net/

Welp after the end of 2013 SK knight amounts went down... by alot. Not many play as much now and a bunch of Guilds died too. After Jempire went down we lost all hopes on building the Empire. It terns out Jemp's quit mainly due to inactivity too. The only time the player amount rises is after a major patch but it goes on for a few days so doesent really help.

Cydonain Empire was ment to be a massive co-oparation between spasific Guilds in the Empire.

-Special Events where ment to be made.
-Suporting each other in LD and BN by exchanging players.
-Helping out with upkeeps (if needed)
-Injoying the game more in General.

But not 7 months of building our foundations terns out its all for nothing!

Welp sorry about that, there is really nothing you can do when it comes to stuff like this. Games die, people leave. There is nothing wrong with that, I am playing a MMO that is three times as old as SK and it still has about a 500 ish player base, lol, it is not anything special but I would apprecaite if any ppl who are tired of Sk come and join me.

my IGN is either Chang792 or dubo, the game is called Navyfield, this MMO could do with some new players.

Hey, no need to be a stick in the mud about it, complaining about 'hur dur, this game is dying' isn't going to make do this game any good, besides, most of the forumers are probably sleeping by now, wait for tomorrow and who knows, maybe some one will reply.

For now enjoying this picture of a German type IX-D2 submarine

hi

I rarely reply to chats in the forum but i must say that I don't blame players for being inactive especially for people like me who played this game over 2 years, after playing a game for a long time you start to get bored and you seek to play different game(or do different things).

I get your point and i agree with it,personally I think the problem is the fact that spiral knights is not a very well known game, for example if i go to mmobomb youtube channel I never heard them announcing that Spiral knights had a new event upcoming like they do with the other mmo's,this shows that the game is not being fairly being treated as a good mmorpg which it deserves to be treated as.

"this shows that the game is not being fairly being treated as a good mmorpg which it deserves to be treated as"

Many things in life don't get much attention now. Look back at it years later, it's a hit with some people. Just recently, I went back to playing an MMO called "Elsword" after contemplating whether to even play the game. I now am juggling between lots of characters and realized I could like this game.

I still am a member of a guild here and play ever now and then.

"the game is not dying"

Three Rings are dying...of laughter at how some people waste money on the game.

New players have mostly been underaged.I have seen multiple cases of children with mics on Spiral Knights screaming about how they dont want to stop playing and it's not his turn.etc.

Personaly..

I see honestly no deviation in amount of people playing when I log on. If anything, I see those Havens where you just see rainbow P.C.s everywhere more often. Think it this way; what if you JUST joined, no knowledge of forum talk, and just played? Would you think it was dying? Seems pretty lively to me, especially with the content. :P
Speaking of old games, let me top you off Mystrian, with it's sister-game Grand Chase. Been around for 5 years, shadowed by Elsword, which is generally excepted as the superior game. Changing a lot in terms of main servers and companies it worked with, even going completely down in US, but Grand Chase is still going strong with it now re-launched in Beta. Try it out, its fun. :P

Every time I open one of these threads I want to strangle the internet. Seriously, this has been repeated literally hundreds of times. Stop perpetuating the negativity and either suck it up, leave, or do your part to fix it. Yelling has done nothing for the longest time and it's not going to change anything now.

Oh hey, its this thread again.

Just because you don't see activity doesn't mean there is none.

In another game I frequent, a developer has made a list of every time someone has made a thread saying "the game is dying!". It happens over twice a year, and the game is still going ten years later.

If you're staring at a wall expecting it to move... Well, you're just not looking in the right place.

The new players are confused and there is 56% chance they leave

Newbies leave too fast, mostly at the part where you build 5* gear!

people leaving

I would like to begin this with the fact that i usually don't post on useless topics such as this one. However, i would love to see where you got that percentage from, or what you are basing it off of. "56% change they leave." At the point when people already have 4* gear, they are usually, in my own opinion, invested in the game enough to continue on to 5*. Again, in my opinion, the players who leave do it around the time they have to get 4* gear, because the game gives you 2* gear, and all but one advanced orb to make your 3* gear. However, if i counted correctly, it only gives you 2 elite orbs from missions before the hall of heroes, and then you have to get the other 13 to make a 4* set to pass that hall of heroes.

I may have ranted a bit... but i feel like you are just complaining to feel important about yourself.
