i would like to join a healthy and active guild, I have joined guilds and few r really active, but they r dieing. I would like a active guild that does a lot of runs with social members.

Spiral Knights isn't dying, the only people who seem to think that are the ones who keep making threads. I've seen more people on lately than I think I ever have, so it's certainly not on its way out.
Grinchlins will likely come back around Christmastime, so keep on keepin' on. (I'm slowly starting to build up weapons for that too, I ended up missing most of the event due to hardware issues last year.)
Additionally, if you have suggestions for the game - there's a forum for just that. You could go into detail on the stuff you're hoping for.
There are plenty of guilds that are social, active, and recruiting, you can check around the forums or even ask around in Haven. My own guild is actively recruiting people of all tiers, too, but this isn't the place for that. ;)
