BAB: What should I focus on getting?

I got a BAB, and I love it. Of course, it has it's drawbacks. But still...

Before I ask my questions, keep in mind that my BAB has a CTR low UV.

So, when wielding the BAB, what's the best way to avoid the crippling movement speed? CTR or MSI? The highest MSI I can go to right now is MSI med because I don't have a 5* swift steps perk and I only have Merc Jelly Armor. I also lack any demo gear as of now. I might get just one Mad Bomber piece. YES I KNOW IT'S OUTCLASSED BUT I DON'T CARE! >:(

Also, my Sprite has a CTR low perk, as well. I may or may not get a Boom Focus Module.slow

CTR before MSI

Quite sure CTR matters much more than MSI, especially with bombs. MSI is clearly useful when it's at V.High.

Mad Bomber helmet is a good costume when not wearing it into combat.

Mad bomber is a choice

I rather enjoy my mad bomber set. As soon as I level up my Med vs slime UV Shocking salt bomb (compiling to MAX vs slime) it will be able to reach Max CTR and Max Dmg boost (thanks to sprite perk 5* Mighty boom)

Even an ultra ctr on a BAB can leave you open to a monsters Melee attacks. It is best to understand which enemies the BAB will have trouble with (greavers for example).

Mercurial sets (mail or demo) have a med MSI (combo that with a 5* swift steps pet perk and you will be moving at a nice speed)

If you're fighting something slow like zombies, I find that CTR is not all that helpful with BAB. The extra time spent charging will allow the monsters to get back into the blast radius.

Ok. I may either get Mad Bomber Mask or a Volcanic Demo Helm. I'll decide some time. :P

Elite Boom is probably a good idea, too...right?

Once you reach a CTR that makes you happy feel free to go for more damage.

Just find a good charge/bomb-drop rhythm and have fun.

Indeed. I just am having a hard time using the thing without dieing. Of course, I've found that it's good to pack an all-purpose sword like Levi, Triglav (I have the 4* one), or DVS. The bomb always comes how when there are enough enemies to warrant a good boom.

I my experience the bomb is best used as area denial. In short use I to prevent enemies from coming into a corridor so that the gunners on my team can attack at will and with confidence in my ability to keep them safe. (As I stated in one of my other posts; don't use this with those who love catalyzers)

Of course this bomb is also good at trolling (provided you can stay alive) knocking around even massive enemies like the JK.
