I'm planning on building the Almirian Crusader set, and would prefer to trade mats with someone for the maiden's tear rather than do the lair twice. Do the shadow lair mats bind on pickup?

If they were bound, then there would be no Auction House market for them, since you can't unbind materials.
they aren't bound. You shouldn't have any trouble trading since Maiden's Tear is worth even less than Celestial Ore nowadays
