I think "being competitive" means finding a source of motivation to be better than you currently are.
People can be competitive in environments where their superiority is challenged. People cannot be competitive in an environment where they don't have to try to be the best.
That being said, unless you find Lockdown ridiculously easy (such that you can defeat most without trying), it is a competitive environment. If that is the case, I can give some steps you can take to make the game more competitive for yourself.
