You know that exist weapons on game that needs a lot of practice(Catalyzer and Striker). And other that needs no experience(Brandish-line).
You know that some weapons in this game require a lot of practice to be good with (catalyzer, striker), while some others barely require any (brandish). OOO could put a difficulty bar on a weapon's stats page to indicate the weapon's difficulty, so that newbies would know what weapons are easier or harder to use when picking their weapons. This would allow for better and more reflected-on decisions.
But... the balance...
Balancing would still be needed. Some weapons are too underpowered and others too overpowered. But something that could indicate easier weapons to use would help a newbie make less mistakes, even when gear is rebalanced.
But everything wouldn't be easy to use?
No, and the Alchemer line is a good example of that. An AP is better than a Nova Driver in the hands of a newbie, but the Nova Driver is better in the hands of a expert. So, what does that mean? Experts could use their skill and experience to choose weapons that are fun to use even though they may not be easy, while newbies would have fun playing with something that is simple to use without having to be an expert on a particular weapon in order to be effective in fights.

Maybe could be necessary a bar to regular attacks and another to charge attack, because of, for example, AP and Sentenza. Nuff said.
EDIT: Grammar corrected.
Good suggestion +1 But
FIX YOUR GRAMMAR!!!
Actually il do it:
You know that there exist weapons in the game that need a lot of practice(Catalyzer and Striker). And other that need no experience(Brandish-line).
So,when the newbies decide what they will pick,OOO could put a difficulty bar on a weapon status. The bar indicates how hard it is to use a weapon. So, when picking his/her weapons, the newbies will know what weapons are hard or easy to use, which allows a better and more reflected decision.
Balance will be needed . Some weapons are too underpowered and other too overpowered . But something that could indicate what are the easiest to use would help a newbie to make less mistakes. Even when things got balanced.
No, and the alchemer-line is a good example to explain that. AP is better than a Nova Driver in the hands of a newbie, but the Nova Driver is better in the hands of a expert. So, what does that mean? Skill and experience rewards the expert, what lets him/her have more fun. And the newbie will have fun playing with something that is simple to use while he/she isn't a expert
No big problems but i patched it up for grammar nazis to not go crazy ;)
