Rarely has OOO repeated cash
Rarely has OOO repeated cash promos like this, though it's a new system being implemented so it's quite hard to say for sure. The only example I can think of where they straight up re-released promo boxes was in the Anniversary Surprise Box.
(I'm not talking about Supply Depot sales, that's a bit different too!)
It's hard to say but I doubt this will be a recurring event since it's just costumes and accessories that they added. If it were something like the Apocrean or Tortodrone event then I would see it as happening again. Perhaps in the future they make do something like in the recent Anniversary event where players could open boxes containing boxes from past events. Guess we'll have to wait and find out in the end.
