A week or so ago, I was recording matches in attempts to beat some record or another in the no-AT records thread (for the unfamiliar, you need to record your game settings with AT off and AT-toggle unbound), and a guy went off about how I was an AT gunner mid-match ¬_¬
The worst thing about AT is that it provides a convenient excuse for loserscrubs to excuse their own failures by claiming someone else is "cheating" or some BS like that. Well, I guess it's not really a problem with AT but the people- it's just the most convenient excuse for people to grasp onto when they don't want to blame themselves for their losses.

Definitely. And even if you die to someone who uses AT who would not have won without AT, you can still improve and beat them. You just have to choose between your Johns and getting some self-insight.
