Altitude Game done eu vs usa a lot...
I used to play a game called altitude and we had tournaments all the time.
we would just divide the games equally, 3 games on EU and 3 games on US.

What if instead of basing teams on location, we based it on ethnicity? Asian team, Caucasian team, Spanish mafia/Mexican team, European team, etc...
