Question/Price check on Wolver Cap UV Elemental Defense Medium and on items upgrades in general

Hi,
I got this Wolver Cap ( inventory: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198004601170/inventory/#99900_39... )

Now my question is, which of this can be better for me:

1) Try to sell the cap as-is, in AH or here
2) Get it to 4* or choose a 5* path. Taking into account energy ( 700 CE to get to 4*, 1500 to get to 5*), materials ( which if I don't have and I can't get from tokens, must be bought ) and crowns, then sell in AH or here

IT's got a variance for damage Vs. construct low.
I'm going to put the starting price around 5.5k CE, I would also take Crowns or items.
I will also Be willing to sell Another blazebrand with attack speed increased: high for 7k CE

I thought I'd gamble 20K cr on my Polaris and got the title UV.
Given that me with my guildmates can eat RT for breakfast, I have no problem obtaining a new one for myself.
So what price I could get for this?
