WTB Barbarous Thorn Shield Recipe

I know the recipe can be found with Basil at depth 23 randomly, but that's just it. It's random. I'm going to lose my mind if I go there again and it's still not there. I've gone to that depth many times and every time it's not there. It's not in the Bazaar ingame and nobody seems to have it when I ask either. If someone has the recipe or can get it, I'll buy it for 30kCR.

I'll update this post if I finally find the recipe or find someone to buy it from.
